Litquake 2003Yerba Buena Gardens, San Francisco, CA - September 20, 2003"Off The Richter Scale" at Yerba Buena Gardens was an all day event including readings from 35 Bay Area Authors. Our good friend Michael Scott Moore read from his first novel "Too Much Of Nothing." The book was published in September and Mike has been reading at bookstores all over the Bay Area all Fall. We are all very excited for him. The gallery includes pictures of Mike and some of the other authors reading from their recent works. |

Helicopter Lands On The WharfSanta Cruz, CA - September 1, 2003A helicopter landed on the Municipal Wharf in Santa Cruz on Labor day to Medivac victims of a car accident to a local hospital. No one at the scene could remember ever seeing a helicopter land on the wharf before. It was a sight to see as the helicopter negotiated the tight space. |

Fun On The BeachSan Francisco, CA - October 2003Many people don't know this but the fall is the best time of year to go to the beach in San Francisco. There is less fog and the weather is still quite warm. On this day we were out playing badminton, building sand castles and studying a crab on the beach while others walked and read. |

Halloween In The CastroSan Francisco, CA - October 31, 2003No one throws a better Halloween party for adults than the Castro district of San Francisco. Thousands of people packed a few square blocks to see and be seen. There were many interesting costumes and lack of costumes but the best costume of the night has to go to the three Clark Kents. Apotik KomikSan Francisco, CA - April 2004These three San Francisco murals were built by Indonesian artists from the former group Apotik Komik. The murals are on Rainbow Grocery, Le Beau Nob Hill Market and Project Artaud Theater. They are all part of a cultural exchange project. |
